President

From a young age, I was captivated by the construction industry, inspired by my father, Abel, and our family’s work in concrete and construction in the United States and our home country in Mexico. I learned that creating exceptional projects requires a blend of skill, creativity, and strong teamwork. The dedication of those in the trades has always inspired me. It taught me discipline when I played sports and going through college. My favorite part of our work is the collaboration that takes place with clients, communities, and partners!

I hold a certificate in Construction Management & Leadership from UC Berkeley Extension, as well as a Master’s degree in Social Work from CSU-Fresno. At Panos, our mission is to elevate the industry through high-quality workmanship while embodying a culture of safety, innovation, and team well-being. I am super excited about the evolving construction industry in technology and sustainable material and the wellbeing of those in the trades!
